1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MÄRCHENRAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Products and Services

MÄRCHENRAI offers digital music products including ready-made personalized songs and custom song creation services. All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

4. Digital Downloads

Upon successful payment for ready songs, you will receive a download link via email. Links are valid for 48 hours and allow up to 3 downloads. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your purchases.

5. Custom Orders

Custom song orders require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the final product. We offer revision rounds as specified in your chosen package.

6. Refund Policy

Ready songs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the file. For custom orders, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, but we will work with you until you are satisfied with the result.

7. Intellectual Property

All songs, music, and content on MÄRCHENRAI are protected by copyright. Upon purchase, you receive a personal license to use the song for private, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

MÄRCHENRAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
